Checklist to hospital...

Minggu ni dah masuk 36 weeks...patutnye checklist barang nak bawa pi hospital dah siap pack...tapi malas betul nak kemas...barang2 penting rasanye dah ade kot...yela2...bag akan dipack slowly...hope takde lak yang tertinggal...

1) For labour:

• slipper
• sock
• outfit to wear in labour (if don't want to wear the hospital gown)
• massage oil or lotion
• lip balm
• snacks and drinks
• watch with a second hand to time contractions
• relaxation materials (books, magazines, etc)
• toiletries
• towel, hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste
• disposable underwears

2) For husband:

• change of clothes
• snacks and drinks
• camera or camcorder

3) After the birth:

• going-home outfit
• breastfeeding bras
• breast pads
• maternity pads
• toiletries
• towel, hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste
• sweater
• disposable underwears

4) For baby:

• going-home outfit
• blanket with hood
• pampers
• mittens and booties
• towel
• wet pad
• toiletries (powder, lotion, ect)
